At Agrish, we value your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you encounter any issues after delivery, particularly regarding sizes, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure product quality. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. We inspect returned items for any damage, missing labels, or imperfections in the print.

1.2. Returns are accepted within 5 days of the purchase date. However, if the returned item exhibits any damage, missing labels, or imperfections, the customer may incur additional charges.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return due to size issues, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2.2. Upon approval, we will issue a return authorization number and provide instructions for returning the item(s).

2.3. Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged, and affix the return authorization number on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2.4. Coupons will be provided only once the product is accepted for return. Please note that refunds are not issued; instead, coupons will be provided for future purchases on our website www.agrish.in.

3. Exchange Process

3.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the exchange process.

3.2. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. If the item(s) meet our quality standards, the exchange will be processed without additional charges. However, if any damage, missing labels, or imperfections are found, the customer may incur additional charges.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

4.1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund

4.2. We must require photographic evidence of the defect or damage before approving the return. Please note that failure to provide photographic evidence may result in the inability to process the return or exchange.
